Six Industry Workwear Solutions | BERKAM
BERKAM / INDUSTRY WORKWEAR LINEUPS
Uniforms that make every role work.
Six industry lineups selected from three product catalogs. Each recommendation connects styles to roles, seasons and working conditions, so your team can review the range before confirming sizes, quantities and pricing.

Six workplaces.
Six considered lineups.
Style codes and product details below are transcribed from the three supplied catalogs. The cases are illustrative configurations, not real customers or delivered projects. Role allocations do not change the 100-piece minimum per style.

Electronics & precision assembly
Combine summer, transitional and cotton options around temperature zones, shifts and the site’s ESD program.
- 9901–9905Summer antistatic workwear
- 6601–6605Heavyweight antistatic workwear
- F101–F103All-cotton antistatic option

100-person electronics assembly workshop
For ambient-temperature roles, compare 9901–9905 (polyester/cotton 65/35, 155±5 gsm, S–5XL). For cooler stations or seasonal change, consider 6601–6605 (235±5 gsm). For roles requiring cotton, review F101–F103 (100% cotton, 150±5 gsm). All three ranges are S–5XL; confirm individual fit against the size chart and sample. Each selected style has its own 100-piece minimum.
ESD garments must be reviewed by the site’s ESD lead against role requirements and test documentation. They do not replace grounding, wrist straps or other site controls.

Chemical, energy & maintenance
Map hazards and tasks first, then select summer, winter and process-specific options by role.
- T801–T805
SummerAcid/alkali-resistant, antistatic summer range - T801–T805
HeavyweightHeavyweight antistatic range - T101–T105Insulated winter jacket
- FR1008Cotton flame-retardant, antistatic style
- T601–T603Heavy cotton flame-retardant style

100-person equipment maintenance team
For seasonal planning, compare T801 summer styles (polyester/cotton 65/35, 150±5 gsm, S–5XL) with T101 winter jackets (polyester/cotton 80/20, 235±5 gsm shell plus 280 g filling, S–5XL). Consider FR1008 (100% cotton, 270±5 gsm) or T601–T603 (100% cotton, ≥400 gsm) only where the task risk assessment and applicable standard call for them. Each style has its own 100-piece minimum. Have the safety lead verify task, test documents and conditions.
Catalog feature descriptions do not establish protective certification. For regulated tasks, verify the applicable standard, valid test reports and actual work conditions.

Warehousing & e-commerce fulfillment
Plan separately for picking, dock handling and outdoor dispatch, with seasonal layers where needed.
- 68002Warehouse polo shirt
- M801–M805Transitional work jacket
- 2001Outdoor hard-shell jacket

100-person e-commerce distribution center
Use 68002 (100% polyester, 135±5 gsm, S–6XL) as an indoor lightweight option; consider M801–M805 (polyester/cotton 65/35 brushed heavy twill, 235±5 gsm, S–5XL) for cooler or transitional conditions; evaluate 2001 for outdoor dispatch (100% polyester, catalog indices 10,000 / 8,000+, M–4XL). A 70/20/10 role split is illustrative only; it does not reduce the 100-piece minimum for each ordered style.
Stock availability, colors and sizes must be confirmed for each style. For dock work requiring high visibility, verify the applicable visibility class and test documentation separately.

Outdoor engineering & municipal maintenance
Build layers for sun, wind, rain and cold across inspection, maintenance and outdoor standby work.
- F-2008Sun-protective jacket
- 2001Hard-shell rain jacket
- 2002Stretch jacket and casual trousers
- F-8007

100-person municipal inspection team
For sun exposure, review F-2008 (40D nylon, UPF50+, S–4XL). For spring/autumn rain, compare 2001 (waterproof 10,000 / breathability 8,000+, M–4XL) with the 2002 stretch set (nylon 90% / elastane 10%, M–4XL; no catalog test values). For cold roles, compare F-8007 shell or F-6000 down jacket (both M–4XL). Confirm each style’s size, color and quantities; the minimum is 100 pieces per style.
For work near traffic, confirm high-visibility requirements and test documents separately. Catalog performance figures must be checked against garment labels and test reports; listed units and test conditions may be incomplete.

Retail teams & brand showrooms
Create a consistent in-store look, then add a light jacket for store visits, merchandising and events.
- 68001Cotton-blend polo
- 68002Lightweight polo
- 2005Stand-collar store-visit jacket
Source: 2026 Advanced Occupational Workwear (New), pp. 3–4; Ready Stock Catalog, p. 5
100-person retail store team
Evaluate 68001 (cotton 50% / polyester 45% / elastane 5%, 190±5 gsm, S–6XL) as the store uniform; compare 68002 (100% polyester, 135±5 gsm, S–6XL) as a lighter option; consider 2005 for store visits and events (nylon 90% / elastane 10%, M–4XL). Check physical color, fit and logo embroidery on a sample, then confirm the size list and quantity for each style. Minimum: 100 pieces per style.
The 68001 and 68002 fabric compositions and colors differ. Confirm physical swatches, fit and embroidery placement before approving a store-wide order.

100-person hotel front-desk team
Evaluate MY1001 for men’s roles and WY1001 for women’s roles; choose trousers or skirts according to the hotel’s dress code. Suit fabric code 1001 is listed at “410 g” without a unit; the catalog does not state fiber content or size range, so measure and approve a sample before ordering. Pair with short-sleeve MTM1009/MTW1039 shirts in summer and long sleeves or MS1012/WS1012 knitwear for air-conditioned or winter shifts. Confirm size and quantity for each style; minimum: 100 pieces per style.
The catalog does not provide ready-to-wear size ranges or fiber content for the suit sets. Confirm these details by measurement, sample fitting and written quotation before placing an order.
Know the sample costs before you start.
Send ALLEN your industry, roles, quantities, style codes and logo artwork. ALLEN will prepare a product lineup proposal and list sample customization, bulk pricing, stock status and production lead time in the quotation.
Minimum order: 100 pieces per style
The minimum is counted by style code. When a lineup uses several styles, confirm the quantity for each separately; role ratios shown in examples do not permit orders below the minimum.
Sample-making fee waived after a bulk order
Without a bulk order, the sample-making fee is charged as quoted. After a bulk order is placed, the sample-making fee is waived. Logo printing, embroidery and other customization on samples are paid services; the process and charge are listed in the quotation.
Sample dispatched within 15 days of approval
The dispatch period starts after style, size, fabric and logo artwork are confirmed. This is dispatch timing; carrier transit time is separate.
Written quotation itemizes the order
The quotation lists sample-process charges, bulk unit price, stock or custom status, and bulk-production lead time. Stock and production timing are confirmed in the quotation.
