Build a coordinated hotel management uniform program

Choose styles around each role

Set the formality and garment mix for each team before finalizing a collection. A property may use suiting for managers and concierge staff, with shirts, blouses, waistcoats or lighter layers for reception and guest services.

Match fabric to climate and care routines

Share the working environment, seasonal needs and expected cleaning method. Fabric weight, fiber blend, stretch, color and care requirements can then be reviewed against the intended use and appearance.

Keep branding consistent

Coordinate garment colors, buttons, trims, labels and logo placement across departments. Embroidery, woven labels and other branding methods can be specified for the garment and project requirements.

Plan fit, sizing and repeat orders

Confirm size charts, fit preferences and quantities by role. For hotel groups or multiple properties, document the approved styles, colors, logo files and sizing rules so future replenishment can follow the same brief.

What to include in your hotel uniform brief

  • Hotel type, property locations and target delivery market
  • Roles and garment types required for each department
  • Brand guide, logo artwork, colors and preferred logo placement
  • Fabric preferences, climate, seasonality and garment-care conditions
  • Quantity by style, color and size, plus any expected reorder plan
  • Target timing and any sample or fit-review requirements

Our team will review the brief and confirm the available development, sampling, order and delivery options for your project.

Hotel management uniforms FAQ

Can one program cover managers, reception and concierge staff?

Yes. A coordinated program can use a shared color palette and branding details while assigning different garments and fits to each role.

Can we add our hotel logo?

Logo application can be specified for the garment and artwork. Share the logo file and preferred placement so the method and size can be reviewed during development.

Can uniforms be reordered for new staff or another property?

Replenishment can be discussed as part of the original brief. Keep approved style, fabric, color, logo and size information together to support consistent future orders.

What is the MOQ and production lead time?

MOQ: 50 pieces. We recommend 100 pieces because air freight costs are relatively high. Sampling takes 10–15 days. Logo-customized products take 15 production days; fully customized products take 45 production days, after sample and order approval, excluding transportation.
