Privacy Policy 隐私政策
This policy explains what personal information BERKAM collects when you visit berkam.com or send us a project request, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have. BERKAM is a business-to-business garment manufacturer, so almost everything we hold is business contact information.
Who we are
berkam.com is operated by Yiwu Jingyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. (trading as BERKAM; “we”, “us”), Dachen Town, Yiwu, Zhejiang 322000, China. We decide why and how the personal information described below is used. That makes us the “controller” under the EU and UK GDPR and the “personal information handler” under China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). What we collect, why, and on what basis

This website does not take online payments or card details, does not offer visitor accounts or comments, and does not run advertising or analytics tools. Orders are agreed in writing with you directly.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies or pixels on berkam.com. The site itself sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. Your browser’s local storage is used for two things only:
- remembering your choice in the privacy banner; and
- keeping your project list and unfinished configurator selections on your device so you can continue later. This stays on your device until you clear it or send it to us with an inquiry.
Our CDN and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies. The banner’s “Reject non-essential” option is available because we may add optional tools in future; if we do, they stay off until you accept them.
Two third-party services are involved when you browse. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them. Links that start a WhatsApp chat (wa.me) open WhatsApp, which handles your data under its own policy once you click.
Who receives your information
- Hosting, CDN and security providers that run the website and process technical data.
- Email and messaging providers that deliver inquiry notifications and our replies.
- Internal collaboration tools (for example Feishu/Lark) through which our team is alerted to new inquiries.
- Translation services. We may use an AI translation service (OpenAI API) so our team can read inquiries written in other languages. We do not send your email address or WhatsApp number for this, and we ask the provider not to store the text.
- Logistics companies, customs brokers and banks, only for the shipment or payment you have asked us to arrange, and only the details they need.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights; and a successor business if BERKAM is reorganised or sold.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
We are based in China and your information is processed there. Some of the providers above run servers in other countries, for example the United States, Singapore or the EU. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, sending us an inquiry means your information will be transferred to China and other countries that may not offer the protection your home country does. We rely on the transfer being necessary for steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)), we send providers only what they need, and we seek contractual commitments from them where the law requires. You can contact us for more detail at any time.
How long we keep it

Your rights and choices
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, give you a portable copy, or withdraw consent you gave us. Under the PIPL you can also ask us to explain our processing rules. Send your request to info@berkam.com. We may need to confirm who you are, and we reply within one month, or sooner where the law requires.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority. In China you can complain to us or to the competent authority, or bring a claim in court. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California’s CCPA/CPRA, and we use business contact information only for the purposes listed in this policy.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry records are stored as private records in the website’s administration area, which only authorised staff can open with individual logins. Form submissions are rate-limited and screened for spam. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so if a breach affecting you occurs we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
BERKAM serves businesses. Our website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.

本网站不在线收款、不收集银行卡信息，不提供访客账号或评论功能，也不运行广告或统计工具。订单由我们与您直接书面确认。
Cookie 与浏览器存储
berkam.com 不使用广告、统计或社交媒体追踪类 Cookie 和像素。网站自身不会为普通访客设置 Cookie。我们仅把浏览器本地存储用于两件事：
- 记住您在隐私提示条中的选择；
- 把您的项目清单和未完成的定制器选项保存在您的设备上，方便您稍后继续。这些内容留在您的设备里，直到您清除，或随询盘一并发送给我们。
我们的 CDN 与安全服务商（Cloudflare）可能设置确保网站安全所必需的 Cookie。提示条中保留“拒绝非必要”选项，是因为我们将来可能增加可选工具；如有增加，在您同意之前都会保持关闭。
浏览网站时会涉及两项第三方服务。网站从 Google Fonts（fonts.googleapis.com 与 fonts.gstatic.com）加载字体，因此您的浏览器请求字体时，Google 会收到您的 IP 地址和浏览器信息。点击 WhatsApp 链接（wa.me）会打开 WhatsApp，之后由其按自身政策处理您的数据。
谁会接触您的信息
- 托管、CDN 与安全服务商：运行网站并处理技术数据。
- 邮件与消息服务商：传递询盘通知和我们的回复。
- 内部协作工具（例如飞书）：用于提醒团队有新询盘。
- 翻译服务：我们可能使用 AI 翻译服务（OpenAI API），方便团队阅读其他语言的询盘。为此不会发送您的邮箱或 WhatsApp 号码，我们也要求服务商不保存文本。
- 物流公司、报关行和银行：仅限于您要求我们安排的发运或付款，且仅提供其所需的信息。
- 专业顾问与主管机关：在法律要求或为保护我们合法权益时；以及在 BERKAM 重组或出售时的承继方。
我们不出售您的个人信息，也不会为跨情境行为广告而共享。
跨境传输
我们位于中国，您的信息在中国境内处理。上述部分服务商的服务器位于其他国家或地区，例如美国、新加坡或欧盟。如果您位于欧洲经济区、英国或瑞士，向我们发送询盘意味着您的信息会传输到中国及其他可能不具备您所在地同等保护水平的国家。该传输是为应您的要求在订立合同前采取措施所必需（GDPR 第 49 条第 1 款 b 项）；我们只向服务商提供其所需的信息，并在法律要求时争取其作出合同承诺。您可随时联系我们了解详情。

您的权利与选择
依据适用于您的法律，您可以要求查阅、复制、更正、补充或删除您的个人信息，要求限制或拒绝我们处理，要求获得可携带的副本，或撤回此前给予的同意；根据《个人信息保护法》，您还可以要求我们就处理规则作出解释。请将请求发送至 info@berkam.com。我们可能需要先核实您的身份，并会在一个月内答复；法律要求更短的，从其规定。
如您对答复不满意，可以向所在地的数据保护机构投诉；在中国，您可以向我们或有关主管部门投诉，也可以依法向人民法院起诉。按加利福尼亚 CCPA/CPRA 的定义，我们不出售、也不共享个人信息，商务联系信息仅用于本政策列明的目的。
信息安全
本网站通过 HTTPS 提供服务。询盘记录以私有记录的形式保存在网站后台，仅获授权的员工凭个人账号才能打开。表单提交设有频率限制并经过垃圾信息筛查。任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全；如发生影响您的信息安全事件，我们将依法通知您和主管机关。
未成年人
BERKAM 服务的是企业客户。本网站不面向 16 岁以下的未成年人，我们也不会故意收集其信息。如您认为有未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请告知我们，我们会予以删除。
政策更新
当我们的做法发生变化时，会更新本页面并在顶部标明新的日期。如变更会实质影响我们对您已提供信息的使用，我们会在可行时直接通知您。
