Tracking

Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside China may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all packages at correct value — we do not undervalue shipments.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue — either with a replacement or full refund.
