We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back (at your expense for change-of-mind returns; we cover shipping for damaged/wrong items).
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Alipay/WeChat/易支付 refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different colour or item of equal value. Email us first to check availability — we work in small batches and items may sell out.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalised orders
- Gift sets that have been opened and partially used
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.
