Yes — every single piece is handcrafted in our studio in Yiwu, China. No machines, no assembly lines. Each bow is tied by hand, each rose is shaped petal by petal. It takes longer, and that's exactly the point.

We use premium velvet, sheer organza, grosgrain and satin ribbon, cotton Liberty-style prints, and hand-rolled fabric roses. Our clip bases are metal alligator or French barrette clips with anti-slip velvet lining. All materials are chosen by hand at Yiwu's fabric markets.

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days to EU/UK, 10–14 days to the USA, 14–21 days to the rest of the world. Express DHL is available at checkout (3–5 days to EU/UK, 5–7 days to USA). Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

We offer 30-day returns on all unused items in original condition. If something isn't right, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out — no hassle.

Keep away from moisture. For velvet: steam gently to restore flattened pile, then brush softly in the direction of the nap. For organza: handle gently and store flat. Spot-clean with a barely-damp cloth if needed. Never machine wash.
